Training Programs:
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the training start date will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of 100 AUD
Cancellations within 14 days:
No refund will be provided, but participants may reschedule for a future session at no extra cost.

No-Shows:
Failure to attend a booked training session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Rescheduling by Cybrolla:
If a course or service is rescheduled or cancelled by Cybrolla, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

7. Training Delivery Terms

Cybrolla reserves the right to modify the course content, trainers, and delivery method without prior notice.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the prerequisites of any training programs.
Certificates of Completion will be provided only to participants who attend and complete all course requirements.

8. Certification Conditions

For certification programs:
Certification is subject to the participant's successful completion of the training and any associated examinations.
Certification bodies' terms and conditions may also apply.
Certificates may be withheld if full payment has not been received.
